Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and arriving on time at agreed meeting points. Tell us promptly about information that may affect safe delivery of the service.
Changes beyond control
Opening hours, traffic, weather, government restrictions and supplier operations can change. We will communicate material changes and seek a reasonable alternative when practical.
