Language Guides for Agencies: Agra, Delhi & Jaipur

When your client needs a guide in a specific language, the language, city, date and guiding hours all matter. Send a focused brief for local guide coordination in Agra, Delhi and Jaipur, rather than relying on a language label attached to a generic tour.

Travel Agent Partners / Language Guides for Agencies: Agra, Delhi & Jaipur

Request a language and receive a confirmation

Our partner programme accepts requests for English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese guide arrangements. Availability depends on the date, city and the itinerary. A request is not a confirmed allocation: wait for written confirmation of the service and language before promising it to a traveller.

  • City, service date and preferred start time
  • Guide language and any specialist subject interests
  • Number of guests and expected service hours
  • Names of ticketed monuments and other planned stops

Distinguish a local guide from a tour escort

A local sightseeing guide meets the party for a defined city programme. A travelling escort accompanies a multi-day journey and has a different service scope and cost structure. A driver is not automatically a sightseeing guide, and a guide request does not automatically include a private vehicle. State these needs separately so your client knows what is being supplied.

  • Half-day or full-day sightseeing service
  • Separate city guides versus a travelling escort request
  • Transport supplied by your agency or requested from Travelite
  • Meeting point, finish location and luggage arrangements

Build the visit around your travellers

Share walking preferences, museum interests, photography priorities and any assistance needs in advance. Avoid promising medical support, step-free access or specialist interpretation unless the relevant service has been explicitly confirmed. Children, older guests and travellers with restricted walking time may need a shorter route or additional rest stops.

  • Approximate walking tolerance and preferred pace
  • Planned indoor visits and outdoor photo stops
  • Meal breaks and the group's remaining travel commitments
  • Requirements that need a separate specialist or supplier

Know what the guide quotation covers

Ask whether the quotation covers guiding only or includes transport and monument entry. Confirm the service duration, language supplement, overtime and cancellation rules. If guest identity details are required later for a ticket or booking, use the agreed secure channel; the initial agency enquiry only needs the operational brief.

  • Guiding fee and language supplement, if any
  • Entry tickets, vehicle, meals and other exclusions
  • Waiting time and additional service hours
  • Change procedure if your train, flight or hotel pickup changes

Questions before sending a trade enquiry

Is a French or Japanese guide guaranteed?

No. Language requests are subject to destination and date availability. Obtain written confirmation before selling a confirmed language service.

Does a guide booking include a car?

Not automatically. Request the vehicle separately, including pickup point, guest count and luggage needs, or explain that your agency already supplies transport.

Can the same guide travel through all three cities?

A multi-day escort is a separate request from individual local sightseeing guides. Explain which arrangement you need so availability and pricing can be checked.

Send your agency brief

Dates, guest numbers and required services help us prepare a relevant quotation. Rates, supplier availability and final terms are confirmed separately. Please do not enter passport details or card information.
