We request only information needed to answer an inquiry, arrange a tour, meet legal obligations or support your journey. This can include contact details, trip preferences, pickup details and relevant accessibility or dietary information you choose to share.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare and service your requested journey, communicate with you, prevent fraud and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and retention
Raw card numbers are not stored by Travelite Taj Tours. Payment providers handle payment data under their own terms. Booking records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing travelitetajtours@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
