How information is used
Information is used to prepare and service your requested journey, communicate with you, prevent fraud and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and retention
Raw card numbers are not stored by Travelite Taj Tours. Payment providers handle payment data under their own terms. Booking records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal and accounting purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice and supports secure website functions. Analytics & chat loads privacy-conscious analytics and Tawk.to without advertising storage. Allow all also permits Google Ads measurement and advertising storage. If you choose Essential only, you can still start live chat on request by selecting the Live tour help button. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time.
Live chat
Tawk.to provides our live-chat service and may process the name, email address, tour questions and technical connection details you choose to provide. Chat is used only to answer travel and booking questions. Do not send payment-card details, passport scans or other highly sensitive information through chat.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing travelitetajtours@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
