Use the route length to solve a client need
A three-day circuit is a compact plan with substantial road travel. Four or five days create more room for Delhi sightseeing and a less hurried Agra or Jaipur visit. Longer itineraries can include additional nights or extensions, but a larger city list should not come at the expense of realistic transfers. Route timing is reviewed around the client's arrival and departure details.
- 3 days: a compact Delhi, Agra and Jaipur introduction
- 4–5 days: more space for sightseeing and hotel time
- 6 days or longer: slower pacing or a separately assessed extension
- Confirm the tour's start and end cities before costing
Pick the right commercial package
Keep a driver-and-guide quotation separate from a hotel-inclusive programme. For accommodation, specify the property preference, room occupancy, breakfast requirements and any upgrade conditions. A star category alone does not identify the hotel, location or room type. Prices are quoted against dates and availability, rather than a public headline rate copied into an agency proposal.
- Car and local guides only, with exclusions itemized
- Hotel-inclusive options with room basis and named inclusions
- Monument entry, meal and special-experience choices
- Single-room, child, extra-bed and seasonal supplements where applicable
Agree what white-label delivery means
White-label arrangements need more than replacing a logo. Before confirmation, agree the guest-facing documents, arrival signage, contact details and who handles client questions. Travelite's role is the locally agreed ground-service scope; your agency retains its client relationship. Branding and communication arrangements must be confirmed for the specific booking.
- Guest voucher and agency branding instructions
- Agreed contact for itinerary changes and approvals
- Who collects client payment and who pays the supplier
- Which documents may show third-party hotel or transport names
Send one complete brief instead of repeated revisions
A useful request includes the passenger count, age bands for children, dates, flights or proposed arrival window, preferred guide language, hotel standard and a budget range with currency. Identify non-negotiable experiences and anything already booked. We can then respond with a route and a clear inclusion list for you to review before presenting it to your client.
- Arrival/departure city, date and flight timing when known
- Number of adults, children and rooms
- Client interests, pace and accessibility requests
- Quote validity, payment milestones and cancellation conditions
Questions before sending a trade enquiry
Can we request a quotation without hotels?
Yes. Specify that your agency is arranging accommodation and ask for the transport, guiding and other required services only.
Can the itinerary carry our agency branding?
Request white-label delivery in the brief. Guest documents, signage and contact arrangements are agreed before confirmation; not every supplier document can necessarily be rebranded.
Are public tour offers our B2B net rates?
No. Trade pricing and commercial terms are quoted separately for the agreed dates and service scope. Do not assume a public retail discount is a confidential agency rate.
Send your agency brief
Dates, guest numbers and required services help us prepare a relevant quotation. Rates, supplier availability and final terms are confirmed separately. Please do not enter passport details or card information.
