Agra private tour pickup guide: hotel, airport or railway station

Hotel pickup

Send the complete hotel name, branch, address and reservation name. Large cities often have hotels with similar names, and airport-area properties may fall outside a standard central pickup zone.

Wait in the agreed lobby or entrance and keep the driver’s contact available. If the hotel restricts vehicle access, identify a safe alternate meeting point in advance.

Railway station pickup

Share the train number, origin, coach details if useful and live running information. Arrival time can change, and different exits can create confusion even when driver and traveler are at the same station.

Agree whether the representative will meet at a platform-access point, main exit or named landmark. Do not move to an unconfirmed exit without messaging the local contact.

Airport pickup

Provide flight number, arrival date and terminal. International arrival pickup needs time for immigration and baggage; domestic transfers may still involve terminal changes.

A flight delay should not automatically be treated as a traveler no-show when live details were shared, but waiting-time terms should be clear in writing.

Luggage and vehicle size

Tell the operator the number and approximate size of suitcases. A vehicle that seats four passengers may not comfortably hold four people plus large international luggage.

If sightseeing happens between hotels, confirm that luggage remains securely with the vehicle and avoid leaving passports or high-value items unattended.

Final drop-off and onward travel

State whether the tour ends at the same hotel, another city, airport or railway station. Onward flights and trains require an appropriate buffer; no sightseeing stop should put the connection at risk.
