This towering Afghan-style victory minaret is unmissable. Sultan Qutb-ud-din proclaimed his supremacy over the defeated rulers of Qila Rai Pithora by erecting this 73m high structure. The tower has five storeys and projecting balconies. The intricate bands made of sandstone encircling the tower bear verses from the holy book of Quran.
This serene house of worship, also known as the Bahai House of Worship, is built to resemble a lotus blossom. Fariborz Sahba, an Iranian-Canadian architect, created this masterpiece in 1986 with the intention of bringing people of different religions together. Both silent meditation and offering prayers are permitted inside the temple.
The beauty of this monument, which was erected for Emperor Humayun by his wife Haji Begum, is beautiful and utterly unreal. This historical structure stands out from the others due to its symmetrical gardens, arched facades, and distinctive Persian and Mughal characteristics. Booking Tour
It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
This is the best tour on the east coast! It was amazing how many places we visited and what great memories we made!
